A Bit About Me

Meet Lisa

I've lived through many of the same transitions and emotional seasons my clients face. I grew up navigating instability, abandonment, and big feelings long before I knew how to care for myself. As a young woman, I moved through relationships that echoed those early patterns—carrying others' pain, losing pieces of myself, and trying to earn the love I deserved.

My divorce and the sudden death of my ex-husband became a turning point. Grief opened me in ways I didn't expect, revealing the strength and clarity I'd been quietly building. Raising two incredible sons grounded me even more—they reminded me that how I healed would shape how they grew. And in time, finding love with a partner who sees, respects, and supports me became part of that healing too. Being genuinely cared for showed me what safety and reciprocity feel like.

Yoga was integral in my healing. It helped me rewrite patterns I once thought were permanent. Yoga brought me back into my body after years of tension and hypervigilance. It softened old narratives and helped interrupt the loops of grief and trauma that felt hardwired. Through yoga I rebuilt my nervous system, my boundaries, and my relationship with myself.

This is why I do the work I do. My lived experience—loss, transition, rebuilding, and finally cultivating the capacity to receive healthy love—allows me to sit with women in their own hard seasons without judgment. Through gentle movement, somatic practices, breathwork and mindfulness, I help women regulate their nervous systems, release long-held pain, and remember who they are beneath the survival patterns.

"I'm not who I am in spite of my story—I'm who I am because of it. And I believe your healing can be just as steady, powerful, and soul-deep."
