Initial Assessment

A full evaluation of your movement, posture, breath, and nervous system tendencies. We'll talk through your health history, symptoms, stressors, and goals, and I'll send you home with personalized somatic and breath practices.

Follow-Up Sessions

Progressive sessions that adapt to your needs week to week. Refinement of your practices, nervous system support, pain management techniques, and trauma-informed guidance.

20 min

Mini Check-Ins

Short virtual sessions for breath resets, emotional regulation support, and real-time guidance during moments of overwhelm. A bridge between your therapy sessions.
